TEACHER EXCHANGE PROGRAM
This is a direct six-week exchange program of Moroccan and American teachers during the academic year. The American teachers come to Morocco and team teach with the Moroccan teachers. In the U.S., the Moroccan teachers typically team teach French classes with their American counterparts and may also give presentations on Moroccan culture to teachers and pupils of the host school as well as to the wider community.
For Moroccans the program is open to secondary school teachers of English, whereas American teachers from elementary, secondary, and community college level in any field may apply. The deadline is mid-October for exchanges taking place in the following school year.
